Requirements
- Proven track record leading product engineering organizations through significant scaling.
- Experience managing managers and developing staff-level individual contributors.
- Strong hands-on engineering background with ability to review code and challenge technical decisions.
- Experience building developer tools, CI/CD, infrastructure, or B2B products.
- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, React, GraphQL, Go, and PostgreSQL.
- Strong quantitative approach to setting targets and measuring engineering performance.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead distributed teams across multiple time zones.
Responsibilities
- Lead product engineering delivery across five product teams.
- Coach engineering managers and technical leaders to drive performance.
- Partner with Talent and People on staffing and capability development.
- Translate product strategy into delivery reality and manage scope trade-offs.
- Set technical direction and architectural consistency across product surfaces.
- Oversee operational excellence, including reliability and incident response.
- Serve as the technical voice to the business, executive team, and customers.
