Requirements
- Strong frontend skills in React / Next.js
- Solid backend experience, ideally with AWS services (Lambda, AppSync, DynamoDB, S3, SQS, CloudWatch) or similar cloud-native stacks
- Experience building internal tools and dashboards
- Comfort working across the stack when needed — backend, infra, data pipelines
- An eye for UX
- Self-directed, fast-moving, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Genuine interest and experience in AI as both a product domain and a development tool
Responsibilities
- Build consumer-facing web apps for TrueShort and GoodWatch — streaming, discovery, subscriptions, the full experience
- Build internal production tools — the proprietary AI video pipeline our content team uses to create entire series
- Build and maintain the CMS that manages content distribution across our apps
- Work across the backend — streaming infrastructure, APIs, content delivery
- Shape the product — influence what we build and how
- Push the boundaries of AI-assisted development
