Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and operate backend and fullstack systems incorporating LLMs and agents.
- Build multi-step, stateful, tool-using agentic workflows.
- Integrate LLMs into production with focus on observability, cost, and reliability.
- Use AI coding tools to accelerate development and refactoring.
- Set engineering standards for AI-assisted development.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to shape solutions and architecture.
- Design APIs, services, and data models.
- Maintain security and privacy in a regulated healthcare context.
