Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, CS, Finance, or Technology.
- Experience leading large-scale projects from idea to inception.
- Highly collaborative partner with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to evaluate operations and provide critical analysis of systems and processes.
- Solution-based thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- High level of adaptability and experience leading change management.
- Ability to work with autonomy and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence and empathy.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define, prioritize, and deliver strategic projects.
- Serve as a trusted partner to both technical and business teams.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scope, objectives, and execution plans.
- Provide clear roadmaps, progress updates, and resource management insights.
- Lead effective change management practices.
- Create and refine Project Management Office (PMO) policies and processes.
- Continuously evaluate projects and programs to ensure quality standards.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative business and market research.
- Analyze key performance indicators and financial data to manage risk and success.
