- Capacity to work with high levels of variety and complexity.
- Proficiency in identifying and re-evaluating mental models.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and team retreats.
Responsibilities
- Develop frameworks for comparing health interventions to poverty alleviation programs.
- Design lookback studies to assess past grant impacts.
- Incorporate local field insights into cost-effectiveness models.
- Develop tools and processes to maintain research quality at scale.
- Build databases for M&E data, burden estimates, and lookback findings.
- Improve forecasting skills and calibrate uncertainty levels.
- Evaluate moral weights, disease burden, and unintended consequences of funding.
