Requirements
- Proven experience leading UI teams in campaign management and ad tech domains.
- Strong technical background in architecture, frontend and backend development.
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, micro frontends (MFE), backend-for-frontend (BFF), and UI development.
- Skilled in GCP, Argo CI/CD, GitHub, and Figma for design and deployment workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to balance people management and technical leadership.
- Experience delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable UI systems.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the PRO UI team, fostering professional growth and collaboration
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of UI products with authentication
- Manage campaign management and ad tech integrations within the UI platform
- Define and drive architectural decisions across frontend, backend-for-frontend, and micro frontend systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product goals and timelines
- Maintain high-quality CI/CD pipelines and development processes using Argo and GitHub
- Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability across all UI products
- Partner with design and product teams to implement user-centric UI solutions
