- Demonstrated success in driving pipeline generation.
- Demonstrated success in increasing brand awareness through field marketing.
- Excellent project management skills for small and large-scale events.
- Strong analytical skills to measure marketing effectiveness.
- Experience working closely with sales teams for objective alignment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with ambiguity and evolving business needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, product, and advocacy teams to design and execute field events.
- Translate demand generation strategies into impactful events and experiences.
- Work with external partners to co-host events and expand market presence.
- Manage end-to-end event lifecycle including logistics and execution.
- Develop comprehensive event campaigns with promotional and follow-up strategies.
- Analyze field marketing campaign performance and provide data-driven insights.
- Maintain an event calendar and identify new event opportunities.
- Coordinate logistics for event materials, booths, and equipment.
- Provide guidance to internal teams on event responsibilities.
