Requirements
- High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Documented ability to drive complex sales strategies within Fortune 500 organizations.
- Experience selling to organizations with large distributed networks in North America.
- Proven history of delivering at least $5M revenue within 2 years.
- Experience in building brand awareness in new markets and industries.
- Demonstrated experience managing long sales cycles.
- Technical knowledge of physical layer cabling, WAN/LAN, and wireless environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Prezi.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present effectively to C-level audiences.
Responsibilities
- Partner with new business development, engineering, and professional services teams.
- Develop and execute solution strategies for existing accounts.
- Identify, pursue, and open new prospect relationships and revenue streams.
- Conduct relationship reviews and lead customer presentations.
- Lead the process to develop customer proposals, RFQ, and RFI responses.
- Negotiate and manage financial models of proposals.
- Maintain CRM sales forecasting and opportunity documentation.
- Mentor less experienced sales team members.
- Travel to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
