Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Ed Tech Sales and/or with Ed Tech sales combined with prior K-12 service.
  • Proven success in managing complex processes and consultative relationship building.
  • Strong understanding of the K–12 ecosystem, especially special education.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Salesloft.
  • Proficiency in virtual presentation platforms like Zoom and Google Meet.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in K-12 education a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan, develop, and execute a territory growth plan across assigned markets.
  • Identify, qualify, and manage prospective clients through the sales funnel using Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Understand district pain points and goals to craft tailored solutions.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key district administrators and special education leaders.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, operations, and customer success teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of education trends and funding models.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue and pipeline targets.
