Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in operations in diverse sectors or healthcare.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Healthcare Management preferred.
- Background in banking or consulting with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to execute operational tactics and measure impact.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire diverse clinical and non-clinical audiences.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for in-office work or events.
- Passion for mental health care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support a team of therapists to ensure high standards of care and productivity.
- Deploy clinical policies and procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic plans for clinical growth.
- Monitor clinical performance metrics to ensure quality care and efficient resource use.
- Develop and implement systems to streamline clinical workflows.
- Manage the clinical operations budget to ensure financial sustainability.
- Collaborate with HR on recruitment, onboarding, and retention of clinical staff.
- Serve as the liaison between clinical teams, administrative staff, and executive leadership.
