Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in eDiscovery or related legal technology operations.
- Expertise in processing workflows and platforms such as Nuix and Relativity/RelativityOne.
- Proven leadership experience managing distributed teams in high-volume environments.
- Strong background in process improvement and implementation of scalable workflows.
- Deep understanding of KPIs, SLAs, and capacity planning.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and 24/7 operational demands.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end oversight of global eDiscovery processing operations.
- Drive process optimization and innovation by standardizing workflows and SOPs.
- Own operational performance management, including KPIs, SLAs, and capacity planning.
- Serve as senior escalation point for critical processing issues.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Intake, Hosting, Production, Client Services, and Innovation teams.
- Oversee adoption and optimization of eDiscovery platforms and tools.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing distributed team.
