Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in pricing, commercial operations, or revenue management.
- Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
- Ability to connect strategic pricing decisions with operational execution.
- Experience with ERP systems, pricing platforms, or digital commerce tools.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
- Strong understanding of pricing governance and SOX compliance.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or Information Systems.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve pricing operations across quoting, order management, and e-commerce channels.
- Act as the primary liaison between Pricing and Technology teams to translate business needs into system requirements.
- Oversee pricing execution and governance, ensuring accuracy and SOX compliance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Lead analytics and reporting initiatives using Power BI.
- Guide pricing and commercial data structure and maintenance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Technology teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in pricing tools and systems.
