Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-3 years of experience as an Enterprise SDR.
- Broad understanding of enterprise business challenges.
- Ability to critically think to identify client opportunities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of motivation and desire for self-improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Ability to explain sophisticated, technical issues to clients.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for account management.
Responsibilities
- Understand current and future demand to support the sales force.
- Lead client conversations and present Toptal’s innovation perspective.
- Prospect, educate, and qualify leads from unsigned clients via cold outreach.
- Build rapport through strategic outreach and industry knowledge.
- Collaborate with Sales Executives to recommend follow-up actions and schedule meetings.
- Maintain high levels of team collaboration via Zoom and Slack.
- Analyze industry drivers and business problems.
- Maintain data integrity in Salesforce.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
- Experiment with new lead and demand generation activities.
