Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
- Strong experience in Salesforce CRM including Lightning, Apex, SOQL, and APIs
- Experience with Service Cloud Voice, Omni-Channel, and Digital Engagement
- Expert in SFDX and org-based development
- Experience with Git and CI/CD deployment pipelines
- Understanding of package-based development
- Familiarity with modern AI software development tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Must currently reside in Mexico or Costa Rica
Responsibilities
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle
- Work with a wide variety of languages, tools, and 3rd party integrations
- Collaborate with product management, UX design, and clinical operations
- Convert business requirements into technical designs
- Define, code, maintain, and deploy custom Salesforce applications
- Guide team in software architecture and code reviews
- Establish and develop layers of automated testing
- Implement DevOps, observability, and monitoring practices
