  • Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach methods.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess technical and behavioral fit.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment reporting processes.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, engage, and screen technical candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
  • Manage the full candidate lifecycle, including coordination, feedback loops, and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain strong candidate relationships and represent the organization as a brand ambassador in the market.
  • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in technical recruitment.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records and provide regular recruitment activity and pipeline reports.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality technical professionals.
