Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales training, or related GTM roles within a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Prior experience in a sales or quota-carrying role.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and scale structured enablement programs across multiple GTM functions.
  • Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, Sandler, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring experience, including managing or developing team members.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect enablement initiatives to business performance metrics.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure from scratch.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, overhaul, and execution of onboarding programs across all revenue-facing roles.
  • Develop and scale ongoing enablement programs focused on pipeline generation, customer lifecycle success, and technical support excellence.
  • Implement and reinforce sales methodologies and frameworks to improve deal execution and consistency.
  • Own the end-to-end enablement roadmap, aligning training initiatives with strategic business priorities and revenue goals.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, Product, and Marketing to ensure enablement programs are relevant, measurable, and adopted.
  • Build, manage, and develop a growing enablement team while continuously improving programs based on data, feedback, and performance outcomes.
