  • Own operational outcomes for an assigned AR scope, including payer segments, denial management, billing workflows, or collections queues, aligned with client goals and SLAs.
  • Make real-time staffing, prioritization, and capacity decisions based on fluctuating inventory, payer behavior, and workflow demand.
  • Serve as the primary operational client contact for your assigned scope, independently managing routine performance discussions and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with peer directors and cross-functional leaders to ensure seamless coordination across the broader revenue cycle ecosystem.
  • Monitor and analyze productivity, compliance, quality, and financial performance using operational dashboards and queue-level reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to payer rules, regulatory requirements, and client-specific policies across all workflows.
