Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive finance or FP&A experience, including leadership of teams.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance management processes.
- Proven ability to lead monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A cycles in complex organizations.
- Experience delivering executive-ready reporting and partnering with senior leadership teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced financial modeling capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of FP&A professionals.
- Own and manage the end-to-end FP&A cycle.
- Establish and maintain the financial planning calendar.
- Drive consolidation and delivery of financial plans.
- Oversee executive-level reporting, including variance analysis and KPI tracking.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting packages.
- Partner with business leaders to support decision-making.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Support strategic analysis and scenario modeling.
