Requirements

  • Master’s degree in health economics, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, health policy, health services research, or life sciences.
  • 4–6 years of professional experience in evidence synthesis, systematic literature reviews, or health outcomes research.
  • Expertise in systematic reviews and/or quantitative evidence synthesis methodologies such as NMA, MAIC, or STC.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical industry processes and health technology assessment requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EndNote.
  • Experience with R or R Shiny (advantageous).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee evidence synthesis projects, including systematic literature reviews, network meta-analyses, and indirect treatment comparisons.
  • Develop high-quality client-facing deliverables such as study protocols, statistical analysis plans, technical reports, and presentations.
  • Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and financial performance.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver research projects.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, leading meetings and providing strategic guidance.
  • Mentor junior researchers by reviewing deliverables and supporting professional development.
  • Contribute to proposal development and business growth initiatives.
