Requirements
- Master’s degree in health economics, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, health policy, health services research, or life sciences.
- 4–6 years of professional experience in evidence synthesis, systematic literature reviews, or health outcomes research.
- Expertise in systematic reviews and/or quantitative evidence synthesis methodologies such as NMA, MAIC, or STC.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical industry processes and health technology assessment requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EndNote.
- Experience with R or R Shiny (advantageous).
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee evidence synthesis projects, including systematic literature reviews, network meta-analyses, and indirect treatment comparisons.
- Develop high-quality client-facing deliverables such as study protocols, statistical analysis plans, technical reports, and presentations.
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and financial performance.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver research projects.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, leading meetings and providing strategic guidance.
- Mentor junior researchers by reviewing deliverables and supporting professional development.
- Contribute to proposal development and business growth initiatives.
