Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or corporate finance
- Experience in high-growth technology or SaaS environments
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience with FP&A and analytics tools (e.g., Anaplan, NetSuite, Tableau, Coupa)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work night shift schedules
Responsibilities
- Support financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and planning activities
- Develop and maintain financial models, business analyses, and reporting frameworks
- Conduct financial performance reviews including budgets, headcount, and operational expenditures
- Partner with leadership to evaluate financial trends and identify risks
- Prepare presentations and analytical reports for senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with accounting and FP&A teams for month-end and quarter-end processes
- Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and process improvements
- Evaluate financial viability and growth opportunities for investment strategies
