Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with financial systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Problem-solving mindset with analytical thinking.
Responsibilities
- Process and validate invoices accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Maintain daily accounts payable operations including invoice entry and mailbox management.
- Generate and distribute financial and operational reports.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies and transactional queries.
- Support documentation updates and process mapping.
- Monitor performance metrics and contribute to productivity targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing.
