Requirements

  • 0–2 years of professional experience in operations, analytics, program coordination, or similar roles
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences and learner groups
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to perform under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in ambiguous or fast-changing environments
  • Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with tools such as Slack and Zoom is a plus
  • Customer service mindset with experience supporting users or clients preferred
  • Ability to work aligned with US East Coast hours, including occasional weekend (Saturday) operations

Responsibilities

  • Support the setup, launch, and operational management of live online training programs, including admissions workflows, application processes, and instructional staffing coordination
  • Collaborate with program managers, operations, and curriculum teams to ensure smooth execution of data science and analytics programs
  • Monitor learner pipelines, support enrollment processes, and assist with marketing, Q&A sessions, and applicant engagement activities
  • Provide real-time support to learners, instructors, and teaching assistants to ensure a high-quality learning experience
  • Conduct operational and performance analysis on program data to identify insights across cohorts, regions, and delivery channels
  • Execute ad hoc projects related to program improvement, experimentation, and operational scaling
  • Support live class operations, including managing synchronous online sessions (typically on Saturdays) and ensuring seamless delivery
