Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience administering and implementing ServiceNow solutions, with strong expertise in ITSM and CSM modules.
  • Deep knowledge of ITIL framework and how it applies to enterprise service management.
  • Strong hands-on development experience including JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
  • Proven experience leading technical teams in complex ServiceNow implementation projects.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, including story refinement, sprint planning, and testing cycles.
  • Strong understanding of configuration management principles within IT service environments.
  • ServiceNow System Administrator certification and/or Implementation Specialist certification preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, including military background where applicable.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow solution delivery projects, from discovery and design to implementation and deployment.
  • Facilitate client workshops, demos, and requirement-gathering sessions to define optimal business and technical solutions.
  • Design scalable architectures aligned with ITIL best practices and organizational goals.
  • Translate business requirements into well-structured technical designs, Agile stories, and actionable tasks.
  • Assign, coordinate, and review work performed by technical consultants to ensure quality delivery.
  • Ensure solutions are optimized for performance, maintainability, and reduced technical debt.
  • Collaborate with project managers and business consultants to ensure alignment across delivery streams.
  • Provide guidance on ServiceNow capabilities, configuration, and customization best practices.
  • Support continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and platform standards.
