Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical or supply chain field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain software implementation consulting.
- Minimum 3 years as a solution architect or lead functional consultant.
- Subject matter expert in supply chain concepts and scheduling applications.
- Experience with OMP, SAP PPDS, Blue Yonder, or o9 Production Scheduling.
- Technical leadership experience in data integration, management, and configuration.
- Proficiency with SQL, JavaScript, or scripting languages.
- Ability to travel 50% to 75% annually.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the ES solution architecture including functional design, data structures, and integrations.
- Facilitate detailed scheduling blueprint sessions translating requirements into scalable configurations.
- Identify risks throughout the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies.
- Troubleshoot complex scheduling behavior and resolve data configuration issues.
- Provide functional leadership and mentorship to consultants and partners.
- Collaborate with Product teams to influence roadmap and feature development.
- Support services sales by articulating solution approaches and value to stakeholders.
