Requirements

  • 7–14 years of Salesforce development and architecture experience.
  • At least 4 years focused on customization and technical solution design.
  • Hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture patterns, governor limits, data models, and security frameworks.
  • Proven experience designing integrations using middleware like MuleSoft, SnapLogic, or Dell Boomi.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, CPQ, and PSA.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and enterprise application lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and experience managing medium-sized technical teams.
  • Ability to collaborate across distributed global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, CPQ, PSA, and other Salesforce products.
  • Lead end-to-end technical solution architecture for complex enterprise business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to translate business needs into robust technical designs.
  • Ensure adherence to architectural best practices including scalability, integration, and security.
  • Review and validate technical designs, configurations, and code for quality and maintainability.
  • Oversee data architecture, migration, system integrations, and API strategies.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert providing technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Support project execution and delivery governance while managing technical risks.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce platform advancements and industry trends.
  • Lead and mentor technical teams of 10–15 members.
