Requirements
- 7–14 years of Salesforce development and architecture experience.
- At least 4 years focused on customization and technical solution design.
- Hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture patterns, governor limits, data models, and security frameworks.
- Proven experience designing integrations using middleware like MuleSoft, SnapLogic, or Dell Boomi.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, CPQ, and PSA.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and enterprise application lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and experience managing medium-sized technical teams.
- Ability to collaborate across distributed global teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, CPQ, PSA, and other Salesforce products.
- Lead end-to-end technical solution architecture for complex enterprise business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to translate business needs into robust technical designs.
- Ensure adherence to architectural best practices including scalability, integration, and security.
- Review and validate technical designs, configurations, and code for quality and maintainability.
- Oversee data architecture, migration, system integrations, and API strategies.
- Serve as the subject matter expert providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Support project execution and delivery governance while managing technical risks.
- Stay updated on Salesforce platform advancements and industry trends.
- Lead and mentor technical teams of 10–15 members.
