Job Details

4+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years in B2B Commerce and multi-cloud solutions.
Strong expertise across Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, and Order Management.
Understanding of B2B Commerce Einstein, Commerce APIs, Connect APIs, and extension frameworks.
Experience designing cross-cloud use cases involving B2B, D2C, loyalty, revenue management, and marketing.
Familiarity with integrations (NetSuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign, Dynamics 365).
Understanding of authentication and security (SAML, OAuth, SSO).
Hands-on Salesforce configuration (objects, flows, Lightning components).
Familiarity with Apex, Omniscript, DevOps tools, and test-driven development.
Ability to produce technical design documents and architectural artifacts.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Lead discovery workshops and business process discussions to design scalable Salesforce Commerce and Revenue solutions.
Own end-to-end solution architecture across Salesforce platforms, including Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, and Order Management.
Define technical architecture, data models, integration frameworks, and system design strategies.
Provide architectural oversight throughout the project lifecycle from design to post-go-live optimization.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and guide development teams.
Act as the primary technical advisor for clients and internal stakeholders.
Lead technical reviews, deployment governance, and release planning.
Oversee testing strategies including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams and partners.
Support continuous improvement, scalability planning, and long-term optimization.
