Requirements
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience.
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud data models.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities (Agentforce/Einstein).
- Advanced expertise in Flow automation in complex environments.
- Understanding of declarative vs Apex design trade-offs.
- Ability to design modular and bulk-safe automation frameworks.
- Experience supporting large-scale environments with complex permissions.
- Strong data modeling skills.
- Experience defining governance standards.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end functional architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ and Billing), and Experience Cloud.
- Define and maintain Flow-first automation strategy.
- Establish governance frameworks, standards, and release discipline.
- Oversee Salesforce data models ensuring scalability and reporting integrity.
- Lead architectural design reviews and approve complex solutions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into CRM solutions.
- Mentor administrators, analysts, and contributors.
- Ensure system stability and performance in high-volume environments.
