Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise customers
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, milestones, and stakeholder communications
- Analyze customer business processes and operational challenges
- Configure and customize platform environments to align with workflows
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and onboarding programs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Customer Success, and Sales
- Identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes and drive engagement
