- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
- Proven success selling into health plans, payer organizations, or related healthcare markets.
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic account planning.
- Demonstrated expertise in consultative selling and enterprise relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly driven, competitive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full enterprise sales lifecycle, from initial outreach and relationship development to negotiation and contract close.
- Drive net-new business acquisition by identifying, targeting, and securing strategic accounts.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies for complex payer environments.
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior operational leaders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Product Marketing, Analytics, and Operations teams.
- Manage pipeline forecasting, reporting, and CRM activity.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and executive forums.
