Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA is a plus
- 5+ years of enterprise healthcare sales experience with provider organizations (ACOs, health systems, physician groups, or risk-bearing entities)
- Proven success managing long, complex sales cycles and closing high-value enterprise deals
- Strong understanding of value-based care models, population health, and care management workflows
- Familiarity with healthcare solutions such as remote patient monitoring, transitional care, and SDOH programs is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools in a metrics-driven environment
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote, high-autonomy role
Responsibilities
- Own and execute a strategic territory plan focused on net-new business development across provider organizations and value-based care networks
- Lead full-cycle consultative sales processes for complex deals ranging from $250K to $1M+ in annual recurring revenue
- Engage senior stakeholders including CMOs, CFOs, care management leaders, and population health executives
- Translate solution value into measurable clinical and financial outcomes such as reduced hospitalizations, improved care coordination, and cost savings
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new opportunities through outreach, events, partnerships, and referrals
- Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, clinical operations, and customer success
