Job Details

15+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or healthcare industries
Proven success in in-licensing, deal execution, and lifecycle management of pharmaceutical products
10+ years in client-facing roles such as sales, marketing, or business development
Strong understanding of the Canadian pharmaceutical regulatory environment
Demonstrated ability to build and convert business pipelines from prospecting to signed agreements
Experience in commercialization strategy and regulatory-focused business development
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and consultative selling skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
Strong project management and organizational capabilities
University degree in Science, Business, Management, or related field (advanced degree preferred)

Lead identification, evaluation, and execution of in-licensing and distributorship opportunities for pharmaceutical products
Conduct comprehensive due diligence across scientific, clinical, regulatory, and commercial dimensions
Develop and manage strategic relationships with global pharmaceutical partners, biotech firms, and manufacturers
Negotiate and finalize complex agreements in collaboration with legal, financial, and operational stakeholders
Design and deliver commercialization strategies for new-to-Canada products and clients
Oversee RFP responses, pricing models, and contract development aligned with business objectives
Partner with regulatory teams to assess feasibility and support market entry strategies
Represent the organization at industry events and strengthen market presence through strategic networking
Ensure seamless transition of client requirements to internal operational teams
