Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in Agile environments.
- CSPO or PSPO certification is required or strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proven ability to write effective user stories and manage competing priorities.
- Ability to define and communicate product and sprint vision.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data, metrics, and user feedback.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Technical fluency to understand system trade-offs.
- Strong decision-making skills under ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, making day-to-day decisions on feature sequencing.
- Write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in daily Agile ceremonies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the development team during sprints.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure usability.
- Facilitate sprint reviews and demos, gathering feedback.
- Develop and maintain user personas, journeys, and workflow models.
- Communicate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations on scope, progress, and priorities.
- Act as a cross-functional connector between development, QA, support, sales, and professional services.
