Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Information Systems, Engineering, or Public Health.
10+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, innovation, consulting, or operations.
5+ years of leadership experience across cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of payer/provider operations, value-based care, or digital health.
Ability to translate operational realities and technical capabilities into strategy.
Experience shaping pilots, business cases, or prototypes in enterprise environments.
Familiarity with AI, automation, analytics, and predictive modeling.
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working within matrixed organizations.
Consulting or enterprise transformation experience highly valued.

Identify, shape, and refine high-value healthcare innovation opportunities.
Support enterprise innovation initiatives by developing strategic solution pathways.
Translate technology capabilities into operationally viable business solutions.
Collaborate with business leaders, AI specialists, and solution teams.
Evaluate opportunities to improve healthcare workflow efficiency and interoperability.
Ensure concepts are grounded in real-world operational and reimbursement models.
Develop solution hypotheses informed by AI, automation, and digital health.
Communicate recommendations to executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
Support evaluation of internal development and strategic partnerships.
