Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, innovation, consulting, or operations.
- 5+ years of leadership experience across cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of payer/provider operations, value-based care, or digital health.
- Ability to translate operational realities and technical capabilities into strategy.
- Experience shaping pilots, business cases, or prototypes in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with AI, automation, analytics, and predictive modeling.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working within matrixed organizations.
- Consulting or enterprise transformation experience highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Identify, shape, and refine high-value healthcare innovation opportunities.
- Support enterprise innovation initiatives by developing strategic solution pathways.
- Translate technology capabilities into operationally viable business solutions.
- Collaborate with business leaders, AI specialists, and solution teams.
- Evaluate opportunities to improve healthcare workflow efficiency and interoperability.
- Ensure concepts are grounded in real-world operational and reimbursement models.
- Develop solution hypotheses informed by AI, automation, and digital health.
- Communicate recommendations to executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support evaluation of internal development and strategic partnerships.
- Mentor teams and promote innovation best practices.
