Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or similar technical customer-facing roles.
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise software, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity, AI-driven solutions, and data governance.
- Proven ability to lead technical sales engagements and customer workshops.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Executive-level credibility.
- Ability to develop technical documentation and solution frameworks.
- Ability to travel nationally up to 30%.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical advisor throughout the enterprise sales cycle.
- Lead technical discovery engagements with large enterprise organizations.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations.
- Support strategic revenue initiatives by contributing to RFP responses and technical proposals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and partner teams.
- Build and strengthen partner enablement programs.
- Maintain expertise in cybersecurity, AI, DSPM, and cloud technologies.
- Develop technical narratives and customer-facing assets.
- Act as the voice of the customer to influence product development.
- Scale the U.S. solutions engineering organization.
