Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience in pre-sales or Solutions Engineering capacity.
- Strong understanding of AWS or equivalent cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with datacenter technologies and hypervisors like VMware.
- Experience with cloud-centric architectures and ITSM ecosystems (Datadog, ServiceNow, New Relic, Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, business-relevant language.
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders.
- Experience supporting competitive, consultative sales cycles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery sessions.
- Own and drive Proof of Value (POV) processes.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations showcasing multi-cloud visibility and cost optimization.
- Develop compelling business cases and ROI analyses.
- Support MSP, Private Equity, and Systems Integrator engagements.
- Act as a technical subject matter expert.
- Represent the platform at industry events, webinars, and conferences.
- Capture customer feedback to influence product roadmap.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of engagements.
