Requirements

  • Proven experience in SEO, inbound marketing, or digital performance analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic actions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Strong organization, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese with strong writing and grammatical accuracy.
  • Experience with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and proactively within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute inbound marketing strategies focused on SEO, content optimization, and CRO to increase qualified traffic and conversions.
  • Analyze website performance metrics, occupancy trends, and keyword data to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Monitor and report KPIs, ensuring alignment with business and client objectives.
  • Conduct technical and content SEO analysis using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  • Create structured reports and strategic recommendations for clients, clearly communicating complex SEO insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to implement improvements in content, structure, and digital performance.
  • Support team coordination, workflow organization, and continuous improvement of inbound processes.
