Requirements

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, social media management, content marketing, or organic acquisition strategies.
  • Strong expertise in content creation and digital marketing execution across multiple channels.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or similar platforms within marketing workflows.
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices, keyword strategies, and organic traffic growth methodologies.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Buffer or Hootsuite.
  • Familiarity with design platforms like Canva.
  • Experience working with marketing and analytics platforms including HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Search Console.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, design, and development teams in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience with modern CMS platforms, headless WordPress, ASTRO, or related web technologies is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute organic growth strategies across major social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
  • Create, manage, and optimize marketing content such as blogs, social media posts, PR materials, and digital assets.
  • Leverage AI tools including ChatGPT, Jasper, and Copy.ai to accelerate content creation, ideation, research, and workflow automation.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to support marketing campaigns, landing pages, and website initiatives.
  • Implement SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, manage backlink initiatives, and optimize website visibility.
  • Monitor campaign performance and marketing metrics using platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Google Search Console.
  • Coordinate marketing execution and reporting processes across teams.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through AI-driven marketing workflows and automation.
