Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in software development environments.
- Strong background in Banking, Finance, or Fintech industries.
- Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum ceremonies and hybrid methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage project roadmaps, schedules, dependencies, and delivery plans.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both executive and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with globally distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Google Suite.
- Scrum Master experience or willingness to obtain certification upon hire is preferred.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Adaptable mindset with a proactive, positive, and continuous learning attitude.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery from sales handover through execution and final delivery.
- Define project scope, goals, responsibilities, and stakeholder expectations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Build and maintain project roadmaps, release plans, timelines, and dependency tracking across multiple initiatives.
- Coordinate and lead internal and external meetings with UX, development, and client stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables remain on schedule, within scope, and within budget constraints.
- Communicate project status updates clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership and clients.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, escalating issues appropriately to PMO leadership when required.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in ambiguous environments with minimal supervision.
