Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in software development.
- Experience in Banking, Finance, or Fintech industries.
- Superior communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Experience as a Scrum Master preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
- Comfortable using Google Suite.
- Ability to communicate technical problems to various audiences from executives to non-technical staff.
- Experience working with globally distributed, cross-functional teams is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project development from sales to delivery.
- Develop and present project scope, goals, and responsibilities to the project team.
- Establish stakeholder expectations and collaborate with UX and Dev teams.
- Schedule and lead internal and external meetings with cross-functional teams.
- Communicate project status to clients and internal leadership.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Provide status reports for diverse audiences.
- Manage multiple teams in ambiguous situations.
- Escalate risks or issues affecting milestones or budget.
