Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT environments
- Strong knowledge of both agile and waterfall methodologies
- Experience managing international projects and global distributed teams
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills in English and Portuguese
- Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to manage risks and dependencies effectively
- Certifications such as PMP and/or CSM are considered a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily meetings, reviews, and retrospectives
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using hybrid methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business stakeholders
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while proactively removing project impediments
- Communicate progress, status, and risks clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Promote continuous improvement practices and reinforce agile principles across teams
