Requirements
- 8+ years of demand generation experience within B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of building and scaling pipeline generation programs.
- Strong expertise in ABM strategy and enterprise marketing.
- Experience with multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns, particularly LinkedIn Ads.
- Deep understanding of marketing analytics and attribution modeling.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Proven ability to manage website optimization and SEO strategies.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Analytical and execution-focused mindset.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale a demand generation engine focused on enterprise and mid-market accounts.
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, paid media, SEO, and AI-powered search.
- Own marketing performance metrics including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, and pipeline contribution.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve campaign efficiency and audience targeting.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to align on ICP strategy and pipeline targets.
- Optimize owned digital channels for conversion and organic visibility.
- Deliver data-driven insights to leadership regarding marketing performance.
