Requirements

  • 8+ years of demand generation experience within B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling pipeline generation programs.
  • Strong expertise in ABM strategy and enterprise marketing.
  • Experience with multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns, particularly LinkedIn Ads.
  • Deep understanding of marketing analytics and attribution modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage website optimization and SEO strategies.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Analytical and execution-focused mindset.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale a demand generation engine focused on enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, paid media, SEO, and AI-powered search.
  • Own marketing performance metrics including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, and pipeline contribution.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to improve campaign efficiency and audience targeting.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to align on ICP strategy and pipeline targets.
  • Optimize owned digital channels for conversion and organic visibility.
  • Deliver data-driven insights to leadership regarding marketing performance.
