- Deep understanding of design systems, creative strategy, and modern brand development.
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end concept development.
- Strong experience collaborating with marketing, product, and growth teams.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows.
- Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern creative management platforms.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Strong leadership presence.
- Experience managing external agencies and production partners.
- Ability to balance bold creative thinking with structured execution.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the creative vision, ensuring a cohesive, distinctive, and elevated brand presence across all channels.
- Translate brand strategy into high-impact creative concepts and scalable design systems.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns.
- Build, manage, and develop a high-performing in-house creative team across design, copywriting, video, and emerging media.
- Provide hands-on creative direction for key initiatives while mentoring team output.
- Own the evolution and governance of the visual identity system.
- Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Product Design.
- Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and production partners.
- Integrate AI-enabled tools and modern creative workflows to improve speed and experimentation.
- Ensure creative work delivers measurable impact across awareness, engagement, and pipeline generation.
