  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end concept development.
  • Strong experience collaborating with marketing, product, and growth teams.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern creative management platforms.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Strong leadership presence.
  • Experience managing external agencies and production partners.
  • Ability to balance bold creative thinking with structured execution.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the creative vision, ensuring a cohesive, distinctive, and elevated brand presence across all channels.
  • Translate brand strategy into high-impact creative concepts and scalable design systems.
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns.
  • Build, manage, and develop a high-performing in-house creative team across design, copywriting, video, and emerging media.
  • Provide hands-on creative direction for key initiatives while mentoring team output.
  • Own the evolution and governance of the visual identity system.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Product Design.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and production partners.
  • Integrate AI-enabled tools and modern creative workflows to improve speed and experimentation.
  • Ensure creative work delivers measurable impact across awareness, engagement, and pipeline generation.
