Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer contact operations within healthcare, healthcare technology, Medicaid (MMIS), or related environments
  • Strong understanding of healthcare provider services, claims processes, or insurance operations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience with contact center platforms such as CxOne, Verint, and Avaya
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with HIPAA requirements
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational leadership for the provider services/help desk team
  • Support high-volume call center operations
  • Assist providers and callers with coverage questions, claims processing issues, and policy interpretation
  • Investigate and resolve disputed or complex claims
  • Maintain clear, accurate documentation of all interactions
  • Mentor and support team members through coaching and performance guidance
  • Ensure all activities comply with HIPAA regulations
