Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer contact operations within healthcare, healthcare technology, Medicaid (MMIS), or related environments
- Strong understanding of healthcare provider services, claims processes, or insurance operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with contact center platforms such as CxOne, Verint, and Avaya
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with HIPAA requirements
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational leadership for the provider services/help desk team
- Support high-volume call center operations
- Assist providers and callers with coverage questions, claims processing issues, and policy interpretation
- Investigate and resolve disputed or complex claims
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation of all interactions
- Mentor and support team members through coaching and performance guidance
- Ensure all activities comply with HIPAA regulations
