Requirements
- 3+ years of customer contact operations experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, or Medicaid
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with CxOne, Verint, and Avaya
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple screens while typing and talking simultaneously
- Understanding of HIPAA requirements
- Ability to maintain a dedicated home office with Broadband Internet (min 24 Mbps download/8 Mbps upload)
Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership to ensure effective service delivery
- Resolve escalated provider issues and complex claims
- Oversee healthcare and insurance consultancy operations
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Manage high-volume call center performance
- Assist callers with coverage-related questions and policy interpretation
- Conduct research to resolve disputed claims
- Maintain clear and consistent call documentation
- Mentor and train team members to enhance performance
