  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with CxOne, Verint, and Avaya
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple screens while typing and talking simultaneously
  • Understanding of HIPAA requirements
  • Ability to maintain a dedicated home office with Broadband Internet (min 24 Mbps download/8 Mbps upload)

  • Provide operational leadership to ensure effective service delivery
  • Resolve escalated provider issues and complex claims
  • Oversee healthcare and insurance consultancy operations
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
