Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, marketing, nonprofit operations, project management, or a related field.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in business development support, strategic partnerships, account coordination, program management, or similar roles.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and tracking detailed workflows across systems and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing, editing, and stakeholder management across diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively, think critically, and adapt in evolving environments.
  • Experience with tools such as CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), project management systems (e.g., Monday.com), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency.
  • Comfort working within mission-driven, inclusive, and equity-focused environments.
  • Ability to attend occasional in-person meetings and travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Support the daily management of active vendor partnerships by maintaining accurate contracts, timelines, deliverables, and documentation across systems such as Salesforce and Monday.com.
  • Track and manage member benefit inventory across multiple channels, including digital placements, email features, social media, events, and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Oversee fulfillment tracking to ensure contractual obligations are met and promotional opportunities are properly executed and optimized.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for inbound partner interest, coordinating intake, preliminary qualification, and next steps in the evaluation process.
  • Prepare and maintain due diligence and eligibility documentation, including updates during renewals or partnership changes.
  • Support onboarding of new vendor partners and coordinate setup processes across internal platforms and website systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support benefit launches, ensure accurate communications, and maintain alignment across stakeholders.
  • Assist with reporting, operational tracking, and continuous improvement of partnership workflows and internal processes.
