Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success within SaaS
  • Manage a large portfolio of customers (100–200 accounts)
  • Demonstrated success in driving retention metrics such as NRR and GRR
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Native-level fluency in both Spanish and English
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Drive product adoption across a portfolio of mid-market SaaS customers
  • Manage onboarding, engagement, and ongoing success strategies
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Deliver customer education initiatives
  • Monitor account health, usage trends, and retention metrics
  • Collaborate closely with sales and product teams
