Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success within SaaS
- Manage a large portfolio of customers (100–200 accounts)
- Demonstrated success in driving retention metrics such as NRR and GRR
- Strong relationship management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Native-level fluency in both Spanish and English
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Drive product adoption across a portfolio of mid-market SaaS customers
- Manage onboarding, engagement, and ongoing success strategies
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Deliver customer education initiatives
- Monitor account health, usage trends, and retention metrics
- Collaborate closely with sales and product teams
