Requirements
- ERP implementation experience across warehousing, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, planning, sales, and finance.
- Experience in supporting and participating in Sales activities.
- Experience leading C-level architecture discussions and executive workshops.
- Knowledge of OAGi standards, workflow, and integration methods.
- Knowledge of industry business processes and information/architectural models.
- Willingness to travel 50% or more within North America (US and Canada).
- Knowledge of Infor architecture engagement processes and tools (preferred).
- Knowledge of M3 data structures, APIs, and integration patterns (preferred).
- Knowledge of TOGAF concepts and ability to deploy ADM (preferred).
- Experience with multiple M3 full project life-cycles as Lead Consultant or Architect (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design and propose Infor solutions aligning with business objectives.
- Develop roadmaps and identify components for effective solutions.
- Decompose complex problems into manageable technical and business components.
- Lead architectural discussions and executive workshops with C-level audiences.
- Define solution approaches and identify critical paths for delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date product and technical knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through sales and delivery.
