Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a client-facing role within Enterprise software sales.
- Ability to make thoughtful, actionable recommendations.
- Experience building consensus with senior-level internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and follow-through skills.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and long sales cycles.
- Ability to engage with multiple decision-makers.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability in effective virtual teaming.
- Strong consultative customer service and project management style.
- Ability to assimilate information quickly across 185+ countries.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain effective business, sales, and marketing plans to manage a territory's activity and development.
- Oversee client relationship mapping and orchestrate account strategy.
- Identify and understand client needs while influencing multiple stakeholders.
- Create sales presentation messages, positioning statements, and sales collateral.
- Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews to drive strategic alignment and growth.
- Align internally with sales, deployments, marketing, and solutions teams.
- Promote customer success in a team environment.
- Achieve or exceed annual revenue and booking quotas.
- Maintain accurate forecasts for monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue.
- Develop deep knowledge of products, services, and the competitive landscape.
