  • Ability to make thoughtful, actionable recommendations.
  • Experience building consensus with senior-level internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and long sales cycles.
  • Ability to engage with multiple decision-makers.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in effective virtual teaming.
  • Strong consultative customer service and project management style.
  • Ability to assimilate information quickly across 185+ countries.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain effective business, sales, and marketing plans to manage a territory's activity and development.
  • Oversee client relationship mapping and orchestrate account strategy.
  • Identify and understand client needs while influencing multiple stakeholders.
  • Create sales presentation messages, positioning statements, and sales collateral.
  • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews to drive strategic alignment and growth.
  • Align internally with sales, deployments, marketing, and solutions teams.
  • Promote customer success in a team environment.
  • Achieve or exceed annual revenue and booking quotas.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts for monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue.
  • Develop deep knowledge of products, services, and the competitive landscape.
