Requirements
- Degree in Interior Design / Interior Architecture or equivalent.
- 5-10 years of professional experience as an Interior Designer.
- Proven experience in high-end residential / hospitality projects.
- Advanced knowledge of material properties and solutions.
- Fluency in 2D/3D software (AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Rhino, Grasshopper, Sketch-Up).
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Ability to produce sketch renders (3D Max, Twinmotion, Lumion, Vray).
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Professional level of English and Portuguese.
- Portfolio of professional and academic work.
Responsibilities
- Interpret client briefs and collaborate with design teams on creative concepts.
- Produce sketches, detailed drawings, schedules, and 3D renders.
- Specify high-quality finishes, products, and fixtures.
- Produce FF&E documentation and packages.
- Coordinate with procurement for sourcing and purchasing.
- Coordinate with local suppliers, designers, and manufacturers.
- Design spaces optimized for high-end user experience.
- Adjust designs based on client feedback.
- Explore innovative materials and techniques for future projects.
