Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Reporting, Tableau, CRM Analytics, Alteryx, and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using SQL for data analytics.
- Experience using Python for data analytics.
- Ability to communicate in a clear and structured way.
- Results-driven with a focus on high-value requests.
- Analytical thinker and creative problem solver.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to detect edge cases and exceptions.
- Ability to build trust and confidence with diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Understand sales processes and metrics required to evaluate performance and efficiency.
- Create, organize, and maintain robust reports in Salesforce, Tableau, Alteryx, and Excel.
- Conduct root cause analyses on KPIs and translate insights into business impacts.
- Create presentations, spreadsheets, and documentation.
- Develop independent insights and recommendations for the Sales department.
- Own recurring reporting and dashboard deliverables.
- Present data insights to drive stakeholder adoption.
- Ensure data deliverables are accurate, available, and easy to use.
